BURNING QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What makes this different from cheap Amazon towels?

Most 'custom towels' use cheap iron-ons that crack and fade in weeks. We use premium dye-sublimation printing that bonds deeply with fabric for 5+ years. Plus, ours includes cotton terry backing and handmade quality—cheap alternatives don't.

Translation: Stop buying $20 towels every few months. Gift once, cherish forever.

How fast will I see results?

Immediate. The moment you enter your names, our talented artists begin crafting your custom design. 97% of customers rave about the stunning quality within the first preview. If you don't absolutely love your design, we revise it until perfect—satisfaction guaranteed, with absolutely no questions asked.

check_box

Is the shipping really discreet?

Absolutely. Your towels arrive in a plain mailer with no branding, no logos, and no indication of contents. The return address shows 'CustomCooper' only. Your privacy is our priority—your mail carrier will think it's a standard home order from any online retailer.

What if our names don't turn out good enough?

We accept any names and our talented artists enhance every design beautifully. However, if you find it's not right for you, simply email us within 30 days for a full refund. You don't even have to ship it back—gift it to someone special and we'll still refund you completely. Zero risk, guaranteed happiness promised.

Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 30 days to enjoy your towels. If they don't capture your style or delight your heart, email us for an instant refund. We process returns within 24 hours. Less than 2% of customers return them, but if you're one of them, we make it painless.

Great customer service: John was so helpful and responsive. I got the sense that he rushed on his end since he knew I did not want to pay for rush shipping—because of this all towels arrived in time for my daughter’s bday party. The kids loved them and the colors were so fun and vibrant. Very grateful! The premium towels were great (yellow shown). The standard towels are just ok quality—thin/microfibery + printing had a few issues with white lines or gaps showing through. (To be fair, I did not have time to reach out and see if customer service could help with this at all.) If the towels are for adults, I would consider the premium. Either way, all towels were a big hit!

Received right away but was damaged during the making of the towel. I reached out and they responded that they would follow up. I never received a follow up. The towel was not in great condition, damaged during sublimation, dirt on towel and seams uneven. I requested a refund and never heard back.

This company absolutely killed it! Shipped very quickly. Ordered the premium towels and they were quality fabric. Dried well, unlike the microfiber towels. Had washed the towels many times and the color/design was still vibrant. !

Customer photo review of Personalized Retro Beach Towel: Groovy Custom Name Bath Towel

I ordered the premium towels that are 100% cotton on the inside and 100% poly microfiber on the design side. FedEx had a problem reading the bar code on the order and deemed it “undeliverable”, but the seller was able to remake and expedite a brand new shipment over to me. The order arrived within the time frame that it said it would originally. The design of the towels does have slight watermarks that are actually a part of the “retro” design. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the quality is because the design is really cute and looks as it does in the pictures, but the quality of the towels themselves are somewhat matted / not totally smooth. Overall the seller really was easy to communicate with and helped me with my order issue. I would reccomend the towels for any fun occasion! The personalization adds a nice touch!
