    Great customer service: John was so helpful and responsive. I got the sense that he rushed on his end since he knew I did not want to pay for rush shipping—because of this all towels arrived in time for my daughter’s bday party. The kids loved them and the colors were so fun and vibrant. Very grateful! The premium towels were great (yellow shown). The standard towels are just ok quality—thin/microfibery + printing had a few issues with white lines or gaps showing through. (To be fair, I did not have time to reach out and see if customer service could help with this at all.) If the towels are for adults, I would consider the premium. Either way, all towels were a big hit!

    Received right away but was damaged during the making of the towel. I reached out and they responded that they would follow up. I never received a follow up. The towel was not in great condition, damaged during sublimation, dirt on towel and seams uneven. I requested a refund and never heard back.

    I ordered the premium towels that are 100% cotton on the inside and 100% poly microfiber on the design side. FedEx had a problem reading the bar code on the order and deemed it “undeliverable”, but the seller was able to remake and expedite a brand new shipment over to me. The order arrived within the time frame that it said it would originally. The design of the towels does have slight watermarks that are actually a part of the “retro” design. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the quality is because the design is really cute and looks as it does in the pictures, but the quality of the towels themselves are somewhat matted / not totally smooth. Overall the seller really was easy to communicate with and helped me with my order issue. I would reccomend the towels for any fun occasion! The personalization adds a nice touch!
