Given the price I paid, I'm not heartbroken, but I wouldn't order these again, and I would not give as a gift.
I did reach out to the seller about the items not arriving during the quoted time, and they were prompt, which I appreciated. I was told that my package was lost by USPS, and then suddenly, 2 days later, my package showed up.
Two of three blankets look like they folded over during the printing process, and then there's ink that ran on the top of one as well. I can see a light imprint just above where it's supposed to be.
Two blankets I ordered had pink in them, and the pink is not anywhere near the color I expected. In the photos it looks a light pink/actual pink, but in person it's 100% a peachy pink color. Not at all what I wanted, which is kind of a bummer.

I can’t speak as to the quality on the item, but the customer service was not good. I placed an order on December 1st and accidentally put the wrong shipping address. Immediately after placing my order I contacted the seller and was told my address would be updated no problem. Well, it was shipped to the original address I put in so I contacted the seller and they said they would see what they could do and it is now 12/30 and I still haven’t had this resolved. There is a long time between responses from them and they just keep going in circles so I paid for an item and it got sent to the wrong place and it look like I’m out of luck now
The quality of this product exceeds expectations every time. This was my second order with this seller and though there was a hiccup due to the post office the seller was very fast at responded and even was kind enough to resolve the problem to ensure the blanket got here in time for Christmas as it is a gift for my daughter. The item is exactly as pictured and washes extremely well!
This blanket turned out beautiful! It came out perfectly and arrived extremely quickly! I am very satisfied with my purchase and my bestfriend loved it for her new baby! She even brought it to the hospital when her baby was born!
