This towel drastically exceeded my expectations. The price was amazing. But I’m not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting great quality at the price point. I was wrong. These towels are perfect in every way. They look amazing, the size was perfect, and the material is so great! It’s soooooo soft. My daughter immediately wanted to lay on it and use it as a blanket. It literally feels like a blanket on the bar side. I purchased the kids size to send to daycare/summer camp on water days. But I’ll be purchasing a regular size for home too!
The quality of the item was amazing. One of the letters were left off the name, BUT John handled it extremely well and ensured the issue was handled in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend other buyers to use this company. They are about their product quality and customer satisfaction!
The towel I ordered came with spots and lines where it looks like the print is missing. There is also pilling on the towel. I contacted the shop to report the defects and they said it was part of the design. They show no close ups of the design on their site. They would not offer me even a partial refund and said they can only offer me a discount on a future purchase which I obviously will not be making. I am disappointed in the product and the way it was handled.
