This is the second time I ordered from this company and they didn’t disappoint. The blankets were beautiful and both recipients love them. Customer service was also great by answering my questions and concerns quickly. If I have to order another blanket, I will be ordering from them.
Shipping was decent, and customer service responses came in a timely manner. However, my blanket had a mark across one of the faces on the blanket. The mark was not present in the photo I sent or the proof I approved. The seller only offered to refund, not to replace the item. I'm thankful for the refund, but the item was a gift honoring a friend who passed, and I truly wish I could have gotten a replacement blanket without the mark across it. Instead, I'll have to order it all over again. This time, definitely from a different seller.

I ordered a gift for the presiding president of my nonprofit. I was worried that her theme/logo would be too pixelated on a blanket. CustomCooper has excellent customer service. They assured me that the graphic I had would be fine and sent me a proof of the blanket before sending to production. The entire process was seamless. And the blanket was absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
3rd time’s the charm on this milestone blanket. The blanket quality is great the tech who printed it, well not so much. The 1st has black stains, 2nd replacement was blurry & low quality print, the 3rd finally got it perfect. Still can’t believe they thought the 2nd blanket was acceptable. Customer service was good, expected faster response time. If not for the issues I would def order from again as the blankets are good quality & print was spot on.

We made a tapestry for our wedding reception through this seller. The quality of this tapestry blanket exceeded our expectations, it looks really well made! There is also some textural quality to the final product that we really liked. Very well made!
The quality of the blanket is quite nice for the price point. It’s thick and a good size. However, I had a black & white image printed and there are a lot of lines in the black printed parts, as if there was a printing error or as if the blanket had been wrinkled up during the drying process, causing the dye to not be even. These lines are most noticeable on the upper parts of the blanket, so I’m very positive it was a printing error. I also chose a high quality image straight from the art source, so there shouldn’t have been an issue with the file submitted. I really like the quality of this blanket, but am super disappointed in the print itself. :-(

Love this blanket! I wanted something woven and good quality as a commemorative piece for my sister's cat who just passed. The material is thick and sturdy, the weave is nice and tight and I love the little fray at the edges. They worked with the photo I gave them no problem and had me double check the proof to make sure it was what I wanted. It's so nice, I ordered a second for my in-laws dogs to gift this Christmas! Thank you so much for creating memories for my family! (The creases are just from packaging as I couldn't wait to review!)
Two blankets with the total opposite colors arrived looking completely different from the images that I sent in to have printed on the blankets. They took zero accountability and blamed me saying they sent pictures. The blankets have a loud obvious navy blue. They aren't genuine tapestry blankets either. Its polyester and they print on it using a sublimation technique. Don't be fooled by the fringe on the side. They refused to replace or give a refund and offered 30% like im going to come back??? Weird.
Love the quality great product looks great! I was worried about missing the package and John upgraded me to priority mail. Will definitely be shopping again when I have another idea!

I purchased this blanket for a client that’s been coming to me for years. His mother(grandmother) just passed away and he took it really hard. The overall quality of the piece was quite good; however, some critical information from the approved artwork was unfortunately omitted. The sentence "With love from (the names of my wife and I)" was conspicously omitted. This oversight significantly impacted the final outcome and resulted in a lower overall rating for the item.
