Ordered 12 as a gift for my son’s Cooperstown team. The towels came on time and exactly as I had designed them. Customer service was patient with me as I changed designs a few times. The boys loved them and used them as bath towels at Cooperstown and then again for our pool party.

Listen, the seller expedite shipping to hit a deadline, remade some inferior towels again and shipped for free so I don’t want to disparage the effort but even the new towels weren’t great. 1) design process was frustrating- I sent a Canva file with what I wanted, based on designs in their shop. Took over a week and multiple proofs that didn’t even reference my design file to finally get the artwork correct. 2) I would not print a solid color background. Pics in the reviews made it look like it would be fine, but did not turn out well and did not wash well. Maybe printing on other fabrics options works better? 3) They are not printing with the towels pulled tight, resulting in wrinkles in the design in pretty much very single one. 4) Pro: the microfiber towel was soft, dried quickly and was pretty decent quality.

This shop is very easy to work with. They designed my towels exactly as I wanted them. The kids all loved them. We had an issue where one of the towels were missing. great customer service. I received a batch of towels that the red bled into the white and they took care of them quickly and had new ones out to me. My only advice when designing a file to send stay away from heavy white background with red. The color may bleed during transit. Bleeds happen when the white touches the red. All the solid towels they have done for me have turned out great.

I purchased towels for my girls’ hockey team. The quality of the towel is terrific. They are thick and soft and the colouring of the designs I customized turned out beautifully. The only reason I have a 4 star instead of a 5 is because unfortunately, the print colour transferred onto the white towel after production. The customer service to help with this issue was impeccable! They did everything they could, including offering to send newly made towels to replace the ink-transferred ones. Sadly, our team party was the following week so we couldn’t accept a replacement. I’m sure this transfer was just a glitch. Maybe it happened because shipping was a bit longer from US to Canada, from coast to coast. I love the towels though and would definitely buy from here again!
