this order had 3 items in it, ordered 10-30...asked for a change and they replied they did not have capabilities to do it so I approved 11-11...proofs so I asked them to check on the order. took 9 days and was told the "designer got confused". Got proofs and approved 2 of the 3, asking for a modification on the third. was told see what could be done. did not hear anything else until tracking showed up 12-4 ( 10 more days), then it was delayed 4 days once it hit my hometown in shipping.. not sellers fault...items were great once I received them 12-11...I guess making multiple orders with multiple items in each order was not normal and I take responsibilty for that, but gave 4 for service because when I asked for modifications, they just did it and sent out w/o letting me know status. Loved them once I got them 12-11
