BURNING QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What makes this different from cheap Amazon towels?

Most 'custom towels' use cheap iron-ons that crack and fade in weeks. We use premium dye-sublimation printing that bonds deeply with fabric for 5+ years. Plus, ours includes cotton terry backing and handmade quality—cheap alternatives don't.

Translation: Stop buying $20 towels every few months. Gift once, cherish forever.

How fast will I see results?

Immediate. The moment you enter your names, our talented artists begin crafting your custom design. 97% of customers rave about the stunning quality within the first preview. If you don't absolutely love your design, we revise it until perfect—satisfaction guaranteed, with absolutely no questions asked.

Is the shipping really discreet?

Absolutely. Your towels arrive in a plain mailer with no branding, no logos, and no indication of contents. The return address shows 'CustomCooper' only. Your privacy is our priority—your mail carrier will think it's a standard home order from any online retailer.

What if our names don't turn out good enough?

We accept any names and our talented artists enhance every design beautifully. However, if you find it's not right for you, simply email us within 30 days for a full refund. You don't even have to ship it back—gift it to someone special and we'll still refund you completely. Zero risk, guaranteed happiness promised.

Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 30 days to enjoy your towels. If they don't capture your style or delight your heart, email us for an instant refund. We process returns within 24 hours. Less than 2% of customers return them, but if you're one of them, we make it painless.

This is my second pet blanket I have ordered from this seller. This blanket turned out amazing. The customer service was so helpful and they responded within hours of my message. It also arrived within a week. My cat and I both love the blanket!!

I ordered from this shop for a friend in the past and knew I’d be ordering from them again, and when my boyfriend’s dog passed I knew he would love to have a blanket to remember his pup. It came out perfectly and looked just like the example they sent beforehand. Thank you so much!!

Customer service was a bit slow and the image quality is poor. The print on the blanket turned out dark green as opposed to black. The shipping time was extremely quick but for the quality of the blanket it was a bit over priced. Still happy with the product though.

Initially I had sent photos and prompted the seller to choose one that would fit best on the blanket. I had chosen photos where my black cat kindve just looked like a blob without any shading so the initial proof, while still great, wasn’t what I was looking for. I sent another photo and they quickly modified the image and it came out perfect! Wonderfully soft too!

I purchased this item for my grandmother. She loves her dog so much and since he’s getting older he’s having more complications with his health. When I received this in the mail yesterday and took a look at it I was so amazed as so happy. Thank you so much I can’t wait for my grandmother to open this for Christmas.

Seller was very helpful and communicated well. Had me Check the image before printing final product. Printed and shipped quickly. Very happy with final product. It is a memorial blanket for a friend who just lost her kitty soul mate too early. The picture captured him perfectly.

I bought this as a gift for a very special family that lost their baby boy pup Odin. The blanket brought tears to their eyes and something I know they will cherish forever!! We received a mock-up of the art work quickly after purchasing and it went right into production as soon as I approved. Shipping was so fast! Will definitely order again!

This is now my third blanket I think I've ordered from this shop and each time I've had the best experience! Unfortunately all of our old family pets have been passing away and I'm overseas away from family and I always think to order a blanket with the pets faces on them and my family loves them every time! Thank you so much. The quality is so good and John is sooooo nice! :) 10/10

Customer photo review of Custom Pet Portrait Blanket: Personalized Dog or Cat Photo Blanket

At first my item arrived with a slight problem but John was very responsive after I told him about it. He immediately ordered a new one for me. The new one I got is slightly smaller and whiter blanket than the beige one I originally got… but I would recommend this seller since he was so quick to help me with the problems as its a gift for my dad. The blanket was extra cute 🥰

I got this blanket as a birthday gift for my mom, of our cat that had just passed away a few weeks prior. When I received the blanket my dad and I were so amazed with how good it turned out. It looked identical to the image I sent, and the details were spot on. When I gave it to my mom she cried and told me it was the best gift she had ever gotten and she was amazed with how realistic it looked. I will be buying another blanket from this seller soon!!
