1. Select your blanket type, Minky or Sherpa.
2. Select the blanket size, font type and color for the name
3. Enter your pet name in the personalization box.
4. Send us your pet's photo via Custom Cooper Messages. Please send us the best quality image for best looking blanket! The higher the quality of the photo the better it will print.
5. After we make the design, we'll send you a preview of the blanket. If you do not reply within the next 48 hours, we will consider the design approved and proceed with production. When you approve the preview, we move to production and shipping.
* Due to variations in computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to your computer monitor.
Color variance should be expected.

1. We suggest a photo of your pet sitting or standing.
2. Well lit photo or a photo taken outside on a sunny day.

My son absolutely loves this blanket! We’re so happy with how it turned out! We got the size that fits a queen, and the face of our dog is HUGE, which is AWESOME! I did need to contact the seller because once our item had shipped, it stopped moving through the tracking process. They looked into it, saw the same thing, told me it must be lost, and sent a replacement immediately. Very good customer service and easy to work with!

I ordered a blanket for my son last month. It stated it would be here in plenty of time for Christmas. There was a lack of timeliness and communication on the part of the seller. I had to initiate any and all conversation because they did not send proofs over as soon as they were ready or “within a few days”. I was then told, again after me initiating communication, that they would “rush” ship it. They did not and it will not be here in time for Christmas. I would never use this seller again due to the lack of communication and timeliness.
I liked how they communicated right away and asked if I approved of the purchase. They sent me a preview and I had the power to edit it even after viewing it . It came out so cute.

I ordered this item as a gift, & it showed EST arrival of Aug 31-Sept 6. I was told by the shop they would get back to me with a proof a few days after purchasing. 5 days went by so I contacted the shop for an update. Jon said they will send me the proof that night. They sent it to me the following day. I accepted the proof within the hour. The next day, a new staff member sent me the proof again to approve. I responded letting her know I already approved this with Jon. Then after several days it did not show that the product shipped. I contacted the shop again and they said there was an error with the product so they had to redo the product and upgraded my shipping to priority. I finally contacted the shop AGAIN as the shipping was not updated, and the product arrived the following day. Poor communication the entire way.
The blanket is very cute. The integrity of customer service was under par. I messaged seller asking when he could ship by. He told me tomorrow. I needed this ASAP so said perfect and purchased. Once my payment was taken he sent a message saying we will start production in the next two days (not even shipping). Shipping came a week later. He did upgrade the shipping which was kind, but it still arrived to me after the promised date, and after I had already left and no longer needed this gift. When messaging seller about it numerous times a solution was not provided. I had to open an etsy case. It’s a lovely blanket, but when I choose to support small businesses in the future I will gravitate towards ones who are honorary. Would not recommend at this time.
