3. Please send me your pet's photo in the personalization box. Send me the best quality image for best looking blanket!
-PHOTO RECOMENDATION
1. We suggest a photo of your pet sitting or standing.
2. Well lit photo or a photo taken outside on a sunny day.
3. We suggest no accessories on the pet(s) to better capture all their unique features.
* After we make the design, we'll send you a preview of the blanket. If you do not reply within the next 48 hours, we will consider the design approved and proceed with production. When you approve the preview, we move to production and shipping.
* Due to variations in computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to your computer monitor.
Color variance should be expected.
-PROCESS:
Photoshop work is included with this purchase.
Our artist will design your blanket with the image and the names you provide us.
Our artist will work on your designs and send to production within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
Once the blankets are made, we will ship via USPS and provide tracking number.
-PRODUCTION TIME:
These blanket are made to order and even though most orders are completed in just a few days please order in time to allow for the longest processing time.
Total processing time is about 4-7 (business) days from purchase date.
