I was very excited about this purchase, more than any other under the tree! Pros: The material is VERY soft, which was a huge priority for me. They also have a drawstring to cinch up (I ordered a size up for potential shrinkage, growing into, to make sure they were long enough), many didn't have one. I contacted the owner for help with multiple things and he was patient and responsive. Got on time. Cons: First, I would order these again, because of the pros above, plus my cat is on the pants so, so why wouldn't I!? 😀 But the print on the PJs is inconsistent top to bottom (faded/lighter in some areas). If that would bug you, you may want to consider it may happen to you. The color scheme is light, so that hides it a bit. They were more expensive than others, even with a discount, so I wish the print was more consistent.

I ordered 5 custom made items on November 19th - they were supposed to be here December 1st. They made a mailing label and never sent them. I contacted the 5 times and finally got a lame response and they said they would make them but not even give me a date. These were Christmas presents and now it is December 21st and they CANCELLED my order and did not even apologize. I would NEVER buy from these people if you actually want to recieve your gifts. I am so upset because there was not even ANY push on their side to take any responsibility.
